Bad Weather / Sea Condition Refund Policy
For safety reasons, all yacht, boat, snorkeling, fishing, ATV, and sea activities are subject to weather and sea conditions.
If the activity is cancelled by our company due to bad weather, unsafe sea conditions, strong wind, heavy rain, or any safety reason, customers may choose one of the following options:
Full refund of the activity payment, or
Reschedule to another available date/time, subject to availability.
Refunds will only apply when the activity is cancelled by our company or the captain/operator due to safety concerns.
If the customer decides to cancel by themselves while the activity is still able to operate safely, the normal cancellation policy will apply.
All decisions regarding weather and sea conditions will be made by the company/captain/operator for the safety of all guests.
